RayTails follows a 3-4 days return policy from the date of delivery.
If 3-4 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened pet care products cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used shampoos, sprays, or grooming products

  • Pet hygiene & personal care items once seal is broken

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or free items


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Leaking

  • Defective

Please contact us at contact@raytails.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation

  • Approval or rejection of refund will be communicated

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not reflected:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are non-refundable, unless received damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Transit damage

Exchange is allowed only for the same product.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
