As a veterinarian, I look beyond fragrance when assessing a grooming product. RayTails’ focus on mild cleansing, conditioning and species-appropriate pH reflects the formulation priorities I value in routine skin and coat care.

When assessing pet grooming products, I look at both their purpose and their suitability for the animal. What I appreciate about the RayTails Expert Series is its species-specific, pH-balanced and vet-guided approach. Its ‘Designed for Pet Biology’ philosophy places thoughtful formulation alongside practical solutions for everyday grooming.

Dogs and cats deserve care developed with their differences in mind. RayTails’ species-specific approach is what stands out to me—it places the pet’s needs at the centre of everyday grooming.

When a parent asks, ‘What should I use for a coat that’s hard to brush?’ an ingredient list alone doesn’t help. I like that RayTails explains what the formula does, in words a parent can use.
