Founder’s story
It began long before the brand had a name
Over 16 years across pharmaceutical distribution and veterinary healthcare, and two decades of R&D-driven human healthcare, taught our founder that meaningful brands are built on knowledge and care, not products alone.
Working closely with veterinarians led to Shalihotra Pet Clinic & Spa, where one insight became impossible to ignore: pets need species-specific, science-led care, not solutions adapted from human products. RayTails was born from that understanding, and is developed with formulation scientists, healthcare professionals and veterinarians.
