Overview

RayTails ships across India through our courier partner, Delhivery. This policy explains how your order reaches you.

Order processing

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we pack it and hand it to our courier partner. You will receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp when your order ships, with a link to track it.

Delivery timelines

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. Timelines can also be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes, as shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your order. If you need help, write to us with your order number.

Damaged, leaking or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos or videos. See our Refund policy for how replacements and refunds work.
