Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Write to contact@raytails.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 72507 29666 with your order number, and our team will cancel it for you.
After dispatch
Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return eligible items as described in our Refund policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders
For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of cancellation. Cash on delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund.
Orders we may cancel
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery pincode is not serviceable, or the order cannot be verified. If this happens, you will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
